Case Study 3 -  Communications

Communications Services for a Federal Contract

Client Problem: A Federal agency was implementing a new enterprise system to meet a legislative mandate requiring full operational readiness by January 1, 2026. The implementation involved multiple business owners and three Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), as well as a complex stakeholder base of approximately 60,000 external users who would need to register, provide banking information, and learn how to participate in the new program. The customer needed a cohesive communications strategy—including branding, email communication standards, newsletters, technical updates, and video content—to ensure consistent messaging and effective stakeholder engagement.

What We Did: As a subcontractor to the Prime system developer, Antix Consulting provides full-service communications support. We developed the project’s communications and branding framework, defined messaging standards, and executed ongoing outreach efforts. Activities include drafting and managing newsletters, writing and publishing technical updates, creating content for the Agency’s public site and user community, and producing video content to support user education and Go Live events.
Our efforts also required coordination with the Agency’s communications and outreach team, CORs, and business owners to align all materials with Federal branding, accessibility, and plain-language requirements.

Client Results: Antix Consulting successfully supported the first system Go Live in June 2025, producing multiple explainer and tutorial videos that were published on the Agency’s YouTube channel and viewed by thousands of users. Technical updates began publication in October 2025, providing clear, timely information to stakeholders in advance of the next major release. The project’s newsletters—delivered through the govDelivery platform—helped maintain engagement across stakeholder groups and reinforced readiness for registration and onboarding.
